The Gift of Grace

“But the free gift is not like the transgression. For if by the transgression of the one the many died, much more did the grace of God and the gift by the grace of the one Man, Jesus Christ, abound to the many.” ~ Romans 5:15

Remember, it is through grace by faith in Jesus that we are saved.

This is the season of gift-giving and gift-receiving. Jesus freely gave ~ why not receive His gift? 🙂

I am so thankful for God’s grace ~ unearned, undeserved forgiveness, mercy, and love!

Jesus paid it all, all to Him I owe, sin had left a crimson stain, He washed it white as snow!

“I will give thanks to Thee, O Lord, among the peoples; I will sing praises to Thee among the nations. For Thy lovingkindness is great to the heavens, and Thy truth to the clouds. Be exalted above the heavens, O God; let Thy glory be above all the earth.” ~ Psalm 57:9-11

One of the best Christmas gifts to give to someone is grace; our broken world is definitely in need of it. 🙂 I’m also thankful for God’s grace, forgiveness, mercy, and love

  2. “MUCH MORE did the grace of God…” I love that no matter what is in our lives, MUCH MORE does the grace of God fill us. Whatever others have done, or caused to come against us, MUCH MORE does God’s grace actively abound toward us. God’s heart to us will always overwhelm our circumstances. Thank you for this entry. It’s exactly what I needed to be reminded of this morning.
